Davide D’Amore begins the study of the classical guitar with the Maestro Riccardo Buzzurro and completes it by brilliantly graduating in this instrument under the guidance of M.Giuliano Macri at the “ Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali P.I.Tchaikovsky” in Nocera Terinese (Cz).
In 2014 he delivers the degree of the 2nd level in guitar – interpretation and composition – at the “Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali V.Bellini” in Caltanisetta guided by M.Giovanni Puddu.
In 2015 he acquires the license to teach this musical instrument in c.d.c.AB 77 at the music conservatory “A.Corelli” in Messina.
Davide D’ Amore participated in courses and master classes held by important masters like Giovanni Puddu, Giuliano Macri, Pavel Steidl, Giampaolo Bandini, Paolo Pegoraro, Marcin Dylla, Marco Tamayo, Anabel Montesinos, Thomas Muller Pering, Remo Vinciguerra, Enrique Igoa, Massimo Varini.
Over the years he has developed various experiences as a soloist as well as in formations of orchestra and chamber music.
From 2000 to 2009 he played a role as a guitarist within the “Orchestra a plettro citta di Taormina”. With this orchestra he held numerous concerts in Italy and abroad thus cooperating with important artists like the Orchestra Italiana by Renzo Arbore.
From 2002 to 2005 he was part of several chamber ensembles among which a “plectrum quartet” . In 2003 he recorded a CD for the Warner Music Japan with this quartet.
He performed in important theaters like the “ Teatro Vittorio Emanuele “in Messina and the “Teatro del Casino” in Sanremo and gave concerts for prestigious institutions e.g. TaoArte, Regione Siciliana, Provincia Regionale di Messina, Comune di Sanremo.
Always attentive to the contamination between the various musical genres he also got various experiences in the field of the light music.
In 2006 as a finalist of the national competition “Sanremo Lab” he was invited to perform for the musical event “Sanremo off.”
For several years he has worked with important artists carrying out an intense activity in concerts and in recording rooms.
Currently he is a professor of guitar teaching at the Istituto Comprensivo “S.Cali”in Linguaglossa (CT).
